        Cheap but.... you REALLY get what you pay for. Took 2 months to get AC fixed, in the unusually warm fall weather the house was a sauna... since moving in me and my roomates haven't been able to access the mail, while being told it's "being worked on". Sorry, but letting your residents access their mail is not a problem that takes 8 CALENDAR MONTHS to fix. Garbage disposal was another 4 months until the time of the request to the time of repair. Come to think of it, the only thing that WAS fixed in a timely manner was a water leak that would've certainly caused property damage.... The staff is very friendly and nice, but good lord this place is mismanaged to high heaven and back.

        My experience at Carolina creek so far has been a good one. The apartment appeared as advertised and the leasing process was smooth. Also the staff here are proactive and respectful to their tenants.
