I have nothing but great things to say about The Eastern on 10th. They are close to campus and have so many great amenities! I love the pool, study rooms and fitness center. The office staff is incredible and made the entire leasing process so easy.

This apartment complex is extremely unprofessional and lacks communication. I would never recommend living here! You will be told one thing by one person in the front office and something else by another, cant trust anyone at this facility.

I love how kind everyone around Eastern is! They are so nice and the maintenance people respond quickly. I always love stopping in the office and just saying hi!

Dont suggest living here at all they truly dont care about you all they care about is money!!! Have talked to them about my problems and they dont care as long as they get their money! If you talk to different people you dont get the same story either! They all have something different to say!! Do not suggest living here they just care about money not your well being! Literally had already signed over sublease to another girl and they still made me pay for something that my ex roommate requested to get fixed after maintenance had said it didnt need to be replaced! Which I think is completely wrong because maintenance said it didnt need to be replaced! The roommate that requested she wanted a new one should have to pay full since maintenance said it didnt need to be fixed!
