The filling of the tank was done satisfactorily. I could not get the pilot lit and requested to have someone come out. It's been over 2 months, and I am still waiting to the point of hiring a different company.

We have our own underground tank and have used Farrell gas since the 80's and have never had a problem. We call when we are a 10 percent to give them time to schedule us in so we don't run out. Great service and great price. Never had any issues. Also told that other companies have employees rate competitors to make them look bad.

When you pay for your gas it shouldnt take a week to get it it doesnt take a week to collect the money yall need to do better..7-10 days come on now we have been with yall for years ..yall are gonna lose valuable customers like this ..I really dont understand do better people but customer service was ok with me the lady was nice..its just that dam delivery window they have its to long of a wait paid last Wednesday still waiting a week later..smh

I dont know who yall have answering the phone but the lady I talked to was so rude. I tried to explain to her that I wasnt informed about being charged a rental and she was just so nonchalant about it. She didnt bother to show any empathy she was very rude about it. If it wasnt for the department of social services paying for my next delivery I wouldnt even bother with the services. The last time I had my services delivered it took so long because they were behind.
