They tell you to use the app for after hours drop off but the app is not user friendly in finding how to do an after hours drop off. And the people are no help either theyd rather just look at you out the window and wave their hands around.

My son was traveling home after serving in the Army for several years and rented this U-Haul. U-Haul accepts no responsibility when their equipment is faulty! They claim since the trailer coupler was intact it's not their fault that the trailer came unhitched from the ball, even though we have photos of it off, pavement scraped and burned where it dragged behind my sons truck and the emergency response team agreed. We will be looking for a better resolution then " sorry" because this could have ended very badly due to their faulty equipment.
