U-Haul Moving & Storage of Fayetteville at Coliseum

Ordered hitch and wiring harness through UHAUL. Wiring harness was wrong, so they did not put on the hitch. Their technician, UHAUL'S, sent me to a trailer company just down the road. They ordered the wiring harness. I rescheduled. This time Uhaul's same technician did not check the wiring harness first and put the hitch on. The wiring harness was wrong. Uhaul said they would reorder the wiring harness. It didn't come in. After dealing with Uhaul for 5 weeks. I got charged for a hitch and installation that I could not use. I had to rent a van from a different company to move on time. For customer service I give UHAUL A ZERO!!!

Trucks need to be mechanically maintained. Locking mechanism in the driver's side door was not functioning and I had to enter the truck from the passenger side to get in the driver's seat. The rear box door was barely functioning with the rails it rolls on in bad shape making opening and closing very difficult. The truck I received was near empty on fuel with the needle bare bottom past E with the fuel light on. I immediately had to drive carefully to the nearest gas station right away before starting my move. Customer service was non existent and the attitude I got was basically it sucks to be me. The truck they were renting me needed fuel right away and deal with it even with other trucks available or not. I've rented U-hauls more times than I can count and this location will never see me again. I've spread the word to many people to save them from the headache and sub-par, negative experience. Do better with your business management U-haul.

Had a reservation with Enterprise and they called me to cancel it 2 hours before the appointment. This UHaul location helped me out when I was in a bind! They had the exact vehicle I wanted in stock and it was in perfect condition. Check out and check in was a breeze, and employees here were courteous. Ten stars.

I reserved a truck days in advance at this location and 2 hours before I was scheduled to pick up the truck they text me saying that my reservation was unavailable.
