Poor customer service, not friendly at all. Went just to pick up an order.

Piss poor customer service. They need new management/ and new employees or shut the whole place down. Professionalism and customer service should always be a priority but clearly its not for this store. It is ridiculous. I do online orders a lot never had this issue. I will not order or shop at this store again. I work full time, was unable to pick up my online order and I had no one that could go pick it up. I will drive 2 hours before I shop at this store ever again. I called to ask about several options trying to pick up my online order. The lady was short and could not even try to assist after I tried to explain my circumstances. I could pick up the items tomorrow but she said if its not picked up today our system will automatically send you a refund, there is nothing I can do. Honey there is always something you can do if you wanted to. Just as chivalry is dead, customer service is too. I wasnt asking for her to do something illegal. I just needed another day to be able to go pick up my childs items.

Very rude, terrible customer service this is my second time using the pick up at store option and the customer service both times I had two different staff members and both were just as rude as the other if I'm not out of town to shop at their other locations I'm only using the ship to home option only

Customer service does nothing to assist once an order has been placed. I will never order from them ever again!
