Absolutely terrible customer service. Every time Ive came here Ive had a rude encounter with an employee named Alexis. And often hear gossiping with other workers very loudly or just sitting around on the phone. Not to mention the employees lying about pricing and trying to force me to buy their in store card which is in fact a credit card. Money is more important than genuine encounters I suppose.

My daughter and I went by on yesterday...worst experience for her as a first time mother and for me as a mother/grandmother. We weren't greeted just looked at. No one asked us if they could help all they did was huddle around the register and talk amongst themselves as if they weren't even employed. *It was the business's loss. Ended up going to Carter's instead. AMAZING EMPLOYEE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY NICE CLOTHESLOTS OF MONEY, well spent!! I must say, "Everything happens for a reason!!

Got there as they were just opening and it was a complete mess looked as if hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Trash everywhere just a nasty store.

My only issue with Childrens Place is that I think they will send you the item (s) you ordered but if they dont have your size that you ordered online they will send any size this has happened twice with me and I just kept the order because I did know of someone who could use the items..I just gave away to them. I feel that if they have your size you will get it but if they run out they will send you what they have

Walked into the store, looked like it hadn't been vaccuumed or dusted.in a month!! Nasty!!
