        Fayetteville airport location. Trash, rude horrible customer service. Gave us a broken rental over us free rental days to make up for it then when I went to use the free rental 2 weeks later they wouldnt honor in because the girl we set it up with didnt work there anymore.

        Made a reservation through Expedia for a Convertible mustang or similar 2 weeks ahead of time. They didn't have anything similar. They gave me a beat up Audi that clearly was a smokers car.

        Worst experience I've ever had at a rental car and I rent 6+ times a year. I booked a rental car through Alamo at FAY airport, to land and be told they don't have any cars for me. If I wanted another car I had to pay $100 more than I already booked for. For such a small airport, this is quite the little scam they have thought up. The people are unwilling to help. Never again.
