They promised me they would wait for the late flight and when I got here I was stranded with no vehicle, this is the 3rd time they have done this, they dont care about their customers

Makes zero sense that it requires to take credit at the airport. Waste of time.

The staff were nice and helpful when I picked the vehicle up, it was clean and good, and when I asked what happens when I drop it off after hours she told me just park it and drop the keys in the drop off box. I asked if there was anything else I needed to do and she said no. All fine and good UNTIL I got the invoice. I dropped the vehicle off at 4am Saturday morning but the invoice was for an extra 2 days so it showed I dropped it off 4am Monday morning. I flew out of Lafayette airport at 5.40am Saturday morning. Upon getting the invoice emailed to me eventually on Monday morning I called Alamo (central office seemingly as I couldn't get Lafayette's number), and was told they'd open a case file on it and look in to it and it could take up to 7 business days. I have flight tickets to prove when I flew, I took pictures with a time stamp on my phone when I dropped car off so why does it take 7 business days plus they've already taken my money which I now have to fight to get it back for these 2 extra days that I never even had the vehicle but I'm invoiced for
