        I had a last minute rental do to an accident 3 hours away from home. Mr Duncan (manager) assisted me with a financial discrepancy and saw it through to the end. He made sure I was helped and satisfied along with being understanding and allowing me to return the vehicle at my nearby airport. His customer service was amazing!

        Not sure what to say here so an explanation is needed. One of my people flew in and I needed to meet them at airport. Their experience as they relate it can not be repeated here due to the use of what we can call modern modified profanity. Meaning it had elements not commonly found in tirades such as biblical and historical references. So while Enterprise and I are still cool they have lost one for sure. Lesson for this trip. . . Learn what is required before you go so you dont make new enemies or therapy appointments.
