        NEGATIVE 5 STARS! This place should have been out of business a long time ago, I dont understand how they still have service! Come here if you want your time waisted. And the owner is literally an idiot! Dont even get me started on how long it takes to get a budget rental! Mf types one letter per minute. This place is just sad.

        Reserved a budget van 3 weeks prior, when I came to pick up the van I was informed that the staff rented it to someone else. Reservations at this location is a waste of time, it seems its first come first serve.

        Showed up to pick up our rental truck that I reserved weeks ago for our move from NC to GA only to arrive and be told they do not have our truck and its not there problem. We are moving tomorrow, no call prior to us showing up no email canceling nothing, as soon as we leave they canceled our reservation. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I highly recommend finding another budget rental dealer, the budget on Raeford and Skibo was amazing and even gave us a discount for all the trouble, Id go there if I was anyone else thinking of picking up at the clifffale location.
