Disappointed. Not a good company to work with. Im a homeowner who was referred to Sundry by a business partner of mine and unfortunately Sundry let us both down. Working with them was a waste of my time, money and energy. I would not trust this company. Theyre impossible to get ahold of. Their systems are hard to understand and I caught frequent mistakes within my payouts. Their performance was extremely unsatisfactory as they never successfully filled either of my open rooms. I had a room sit for 7+ months under their management. They filled a room with a tenant, (failing to secure a full security deposit) who had to be evicted a month later. They claim they ran background checks, but continued to locate the worst tenants Ive ever had to the property. After politely asking for something back after I spent $500 on a start up fee to work with them, lost money in Duke bills they put in their own name WITHOUT asking me(when it was the tenants obligation to pay), and months of losing money under their management- they werent able to apologize or compensate me with anything. Nikole did not communicate well, I tried to contact her to end my agreement with the company for over a month. I believe theyre unprofessional and I took a big loss by working with them for just 7 months.

NEVER rent or get involved with this property group!!! Will cheat you out of money. Go ANYWHERE else!!!

I was So nervous relocating me and my family from Kileen Tx to Charlotte I looked up places and try to do everything on my own which was impossible with two small children I looked Into different management companies and realtors and everyone gave me the runaround that didnt happen here DeNya took her time listened to my concerns and what I wanted In my investment property, the important part is that I didn't feel pressured into anything and when I finally made my decision it was the best one Ive ever made especially for the future of my little boys and again thank you SUNDRY management
