I rented from this company for 3 years and always got a timely response from their management team. Their staff was always super friendly - if I hadnt moved I would still be renting with them!

Worst leasing agency I had to deal with. One , after emails after emails it took them months. Due to Covid I had a program pay my rent and for months I contacted them about that no response but nicely showed up at my house without email nor phone call amd the lady response was we need to get paid too. The lady that worked there before Mrs. Kelli was amazing and very nice. Also, if anything breaks in the house your responsible. Nothing in the lease said anything about. So, as a tenant in there house was responsible for a disposal which cost almost 700 dollars which they couldnt even give me any receipts got. In that year my allergies started to get worse because there was mold growing all over my things in the household. Nobody came out to look at . Being in a house of mold for a year Covid hit nowhere yo move too so another sitting in a house of mold. The ceiling in started to peel away and of course no response to that. Deciding to move out all my things had mold all over it and had to trash all my belongings. Did you think they cared no as long as they still got there money. Im a very calm collective woman until it has to deal with my health. Mrs. Taylor did not care and continued to argue. All my belongings that I had to trash was on the corner to be picked up and wanted to charge me a extra 500 dollars to move. It doesnt cost that much . So, due to this unprofessional establishment they took my whole deposit. Her response to the mold being all over my bed and all my clothing and shoes was because my shower was Filthy. I sent her multiple pictures about . Common sense what does the shower have to do with the rest of the house . I stayed up all night cleaning that molded house so I have proof that nothing was left dirty . Because we already knew Mrs Taylor would pull something like that . Unprofessional just wanted to argue with someone to try to get no point across. Never rent from them as long as she is working there.
