Firestone needs to call me immediately!
They FORGOT to tighten my front right tire lug nuts after an alignment. The tire came off while I was driving. Luckily I wasnt on the highway. My FJ cruiser is in the middle of the road with moderate damage.

absolutely horrible. Made me think I needed 4 tires convinced me to get them done with the wheel alignment I went in to get and allowed me to walk out of there without obviously chkn the car. $800 later Left out &steering wheel shaking uncontrollably I took it back couldnt be seen had to make an appt I go back a wk later to find out the machine to balance tires was broken and I wasnt the only one with the issue BUT nobody called to say hey we messed up come in let me fix it but I had to come in upset about my car to find out this info then they said the rebalanced them free of charge as a curtesy lol I leave there and my tire pressure light is blinking I call and all Im told is our machine was never broken and we can take a look at the tires but maybe you ran over a nail smh but the manager you want to speak to isnt in until Friday you can bring it back then mind you this was Tuesday morning. Worst customer service 3x in 1wk and left with $25 credit on a business card lol smh
