Firestone Complete Auto Care

I scheduled an appointment and arrived a few minutes early. It was 90 min. later that my vehicle was driven into a service bay. I had an a/c problem and was told that my compressor was bad. I was quoted a price for a new compressor, but NOT told that I would have to pay more to have the coolant charged. I spent more than 6 hrs there. The next day, my a/c stopped blowing cool air. I returned to Firestone and was told that my coolant lines are leaking and was quoted an additional $1300.00 to replace the lines. I feel like my problem was misdiagnosed. No one ever showed me that the old compressor wasn't working and I suspect that I was charged for a compressor that I didn't need. The leaking coolant lines should have been diagnosed and repair of the lines attempted before compressor replacement was performed. I took my vehicle to another shop and the o-rings were replaced on the leaking lines and this fixed my problem for $100.00.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, car taken in at appointment time with work completed within scheduled time! Two new tires & complimentary alignment check...out the door price was less than what I was quoted over the phone !!! LUV IT!

Went on Monday, March 11, to get new windshield wipers and was greeted by a very friendly young lady. They put on my blades within minutes and very friendly and professional. Will definitely go back. Mary Matthews

I am very happy with the service that I received at Firestone. I will continue to do business at this location every chance I get. The service was great and the prices are fair. I am very pleased with the way I am treated.
