        Their quality of work was very good. However their customer service was deficient. I called ahead to make an appointment for 4 new tires. When I dropped the car off at the appointed time, 9:00 am, I was told I my car would not be ready until after 3:00. Whats the point of having an appointment?

        The service department got me in and seen ASAP. They were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They noticed services my car could benefit from and explained the current sales/promotions that were being offered.

        Work was done in a reasonable amount of time. Service wrighter was very helpful and courteous. Mechanic answered all my questions I had. Very pleased with my visit. And I feel the work done was at a very fair price.
