        Full disclosure I did not know this place existed until last week but now Ill be a customer as long as I live in the area. Big thanks to Scott and team for taking care of my 330i. Amazing how much better my ride comfort is with four new tires. Scotts customer experience is unmatched. I overheard multiple customer conversations with him recalling their vehicles. Its a great feeling knowing your vehicle is being treated by a group of people who care.

        Our advisor Scott Tielmon was extremely helpful and took the time to try to let us know what was going on as well as giving us different ways of going about trying to get what we needed fixed for the vehicle, even if it wasnt through Firestone but with that type of service I would definitely go back to the same advisor and do business with Firestone again.
