Firestone Complete Auto Care

Very displeased with my service today. Mechanic refused to change my oil (after I had sat there for an hour) because my sticker (from another Firestone location) said my oil was last changed 10,000 miles ago. Their sister location forgot to change the sticker, but my records said that the oil had been changed less than 5,000 miles ago. My oil light had come on, but the mechanic refused.

Very bad customer service, and their technicians are horrible. My engine was overheated and the only thing they did was to replace the radiator and fill the coolant without even looking at the engine oil level which was extremely low at that point. I had to pay $800 for things that were not the root cause of the problem, and most of the fee came from the labor fee only. Please do yourself a favor and go to other body shops!
