        I saw another review of a person waiting to be helped and was never helped. I should have heeded that review. I waited for 30 minutes without being helped or greeted. I wanted to rent a tuxedo. Ive bought multiple suits from Jos A. Bank but at different stores and never experienced this low quality of customer service. I ended up leaving to shop at Mens warehouse down the road.

        The young lady that assisted us was helpful and kind. In the end we purchased a few items and didn't get the suit, turns out he didn't need it.
