Bought a pair of Pucci sunglasses, left and went to the Cosmetics Company Store a few feet away and purchased a bottle of perfume. As I left the store the alarm went off, the girl told me it was fine, it was a hidden sticker on the perfume and that I could go. I walked back to the mall entrance of Off 5th and their alarm goes off as soon as I walked in. I told the employee at the jewelry station that it was my bag from another store, he just looked at me and kept on working. I walked through the store to get to the exit. As I walked up to the doors, the alarm went off about 3 times. I stood there emptied my shopping bags so the cameras and anyone watching could see that I didn't steal anything. After that I started to leave and the same man that checked me out for the sunglasses stopped me from leaving and accused me of stealing. I told him that I didn't steal anything and that I had just walked through because it was raining and I had purchased glasses there earlier. He made me open all of my bags and take everything out so he could look inside. After he saw that I didn't steal, he asked me on a date. I'm pretty sure you're not allowed to stop someone and accuse them of theft let alone search their bags. The fact that he tried to embarrass me, went through my personal things and then ask me an inappropriate question is sickening. I don't feel safe shopping at this store anymore. Especially if I'm going to get harassed and accused of breaking the law.
