If you go ask for Reuben. He was amazing. Very knowledgeable and very friendly. We had two horrible experiences at a different Jos A Banks and Mens Wearhouse prior to this and we almost just did everything online. But Im glad we took another shot and went to this Jos A Banks!

Awful customer service experience - DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE LOCATION. I called and spoke to a store rep asking about a specific item in the size and budget needed. He placed me on a hold and assured me that they had PLENTY of choices and items in stock. My mother and I arrived after driving 40 min to this location, and the rep on the phone misinformed me - there were LIMITED options to work within, and the store rep who did wait on me and my mother was incredibly rude, not helpful, and unprofessional. I had to purchase the item I was looking for in the incorrect size, but was reassured that I could return it. I paid cash - item was less than $100 on sale. It did not fit my boyfriend, so I returned the item the next day and then they said I could receive store credit or they could mail a refund check that can take up to 4 weeks. RIDICULOUS - again, the rep was rude, not helpful, or clear in communicating their policies or options to try and help me receive my refund in a more timely manner. I called the corporate office to complain, and they told me the in store reps should have given more options on what they could have done to help refund my money. My father and boyfriend will never shop from this location again, and very hesitant to use this brand. For a top men's clothing store, it is so unfortunate there is a lack of professional and kind customer service at this location.
