Residence Inn by Marriott Charlotte City Center

You have to pay to park your own vehicle even though you're a guest there first timei experienced that one. They're still operating under their covid regulations with cleaning the room every 2 days. Could of offer a better breakfast selection for the price of the room. Outside of that great room and location.

A must stay! We went on a girls' weekend trip! We stayed in the penthouse. Room was awesome! 2 bathrooms, clean, with kitchen room was very spacious! Breakfast was very filling. The rooftop bar/grill was also nice Rooms: Clean &spacious

An amazing stay! Having stayed for business and family travel I can assure you it is great for both. While the rooms and facilities are great what really puts it over the top is the outstanding service. Monique, the evening front desk attendant just excels at her role. She is diligent, courteous and thoughtful. When the hotel was booked up she went above and beyond to help me get checked in at the sister property the AC Marriot just a few floors below. Employees like her are the reason that Marriott is a go to stay for me. Keep up the good work! Noteworthy details: Amazing service! Thank you to all the team, especially Monique.

Jasmine and Monique at the front desk reception are the absolute best! They both were extremely nice, accommodating, professional, and went above and beyond! Thanks Jasmine & Monique for being so exceptional!!

I stayed at the Residence Inn Charlotte City Center. The front desk staff Monique, was incredible. She was very customer service oriented and tried to solve all of my problems and there were a few but the most prominent thing is I stayed for five days and housekeeping entered my room twice and did not clean. They made my bed but didnt give me clean sheets neither time. I ate in my bed once and spilled sauce and it was there all week even though they consistently made the bed. They did not sanitize or wipe down anything, they took out my towels and forgot to give me new ones. The towel that was folded and left was a towel I had already used they just fluffed and refilled. At the end of my stay I was left wondering if I was laying on sheets of the previous stay. It is a nice hotel but the housekeeping was the absolute worst.
