Courtyard by Marriott Charlotte Airport/Billy Graham Parkway

When life gives you lemons, you make lemonade. Courtyard Marriot BG, was our lemonade. Due to some problems with our flights, we were stuck overnight in Charlotte on our way to the Grand Cayman Islands. The property is updated and aesthetically pleasing. Check in was a little slow, but we arrived with a several other parties on a shuttle from the airport. There was a fabulous, large outdoor space with comfortable seating around both a fireplace, or individual gas patio heaters! Inside the restaurant, they had a game room with a plethora of games such as pool, shuffleboard, a large table top connect four, cornhole, checkers, etc. it was a lot of fun! We all enjoyed our dinners at the restaurant. We would definitely stay there again! Rooms: The rooms were nice. Noise does travel through the walls, but we kept our fan on, and it was fine. Food & drinks: The onsite restaurant served delicious food, and the bartender made fabulous margaritas on the rocks!
