Stayed two nights for a family trip to Carowinds. The room was spacious and perfect for a family of 5. The breakfast was amazing, lots of options with staff right there to help and hot food coming out regularly. The room was clean and the beds nice. AC worked great and the shower was hot and relaxing after a long day. This is a great location.

NO HOT WATER. Aa several reviews mention this, but actually experienced it. Rooms are in bad need of an upgrade, fine for business but not for vacation. Paint flaking, caulk busted, tiles misaligned/ broken etc... wouldn't stay here again. My door didn't latch correctly either. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I was satisfied the first night of staying at this hotel. However, we were unable to swim due to attending an event/game & the pool closing at 10pm. This was totally fine & understandable. However, we paid for an extra night JUST for my son to enjoy a day of swimmingto learn that it was closed ALL day for maintenance. I asked about a sister Hilton property nearby to go swimming & the front desk worker including the supervisor told me that wasnt an option. I definitely filed a complaint as a Hilton Honors member & plan on disputing the charge for the second night. Very disappointed with how this was handled as a long time Hilton Honors customer.

Place was dirty rooms bot so clean and Breakfast was gross out of everything no silver ware or dishes have to ask for everything. Tried to get My Diamonds rewards and the young girl says we don't do that here , !!?? I showed her my app and website showing I was entitled to free snacks and drinks she said no 4 times I said really I'll call corporate so she says ok u can have 1 water only I said really what about snack ok take 1 granola bar she picked out that was stake anyway... I'm never coming back here they run there Own rules NOT HILTONS!!
Rooms: Dirty bed had peoples public hairs on pillow and all over bathroom sink and tub nothing clean. Dishes in the room all dirty no tissues and a used up toilet paper roll no extra! GROSS food and service with an attitude at this location!!!

No hot water
Only like warm. Complained several times. Owner very rude and arrogant. Also locked side doors where people with disabilities COULD NOT use them to get to their rooms
