Bexley At Springs Farm

I want to thank Lilly for the great customer service she provided. She and the community manager Steven were kind and went the extra mile to get me the apartment I wanted. I am super excited to move here! Highly recommend! Update- I have been here 10 months now, and can say I enjoy living here. It is a peaceful community. Thankfully my neighbors are friendly. I certainly feel safe here.

To start off these apartments are not as advertised on the website and most of the positive reviews are fake. The breezeways and stairs are all very filthy, stained and cracked. There is a cockroach problem of all sizes in this entire community that constantly appears in your home. The pest control does absolutely nothing for it they appear again & again & again. The gate is always open it is broke it has never been closed. People blast loud music from their car all night. The walls are paper thin you will hear everything that your neighbor do or say. These apartments are overpriced and doesnt even have any luxury features that they claim.

I was recently a resident at this apartment complex. The pros are that it is right up the street from the shopping center which is convenient. Cons: My apartment had A LOT of roaches and they were the big ones. They would come and spray the apartment but there were still roaches. The walls are thin and you can hear the neighbors conversations. Also, the people who lived a floor above me constantly stomped and stuff and I even filed a noise complaint but they still were very loud. The gate has never worked since Ive been living there for months. Why have gates if theyre always open? Be careful when you move out because they will find something to charge you for. Very money hungry people. Overall, I wouldnt recommend this complex to anyone if Im being honest.

Overpriced not very luxury, my floors where covered in white paint dots and they couldnt care less, also will mention things are broken after you sign the lease on my move in day they informed me the gate for the gated community didnt work, how are you gonna raise rent meanwhile features are actually breaking, these apartments are worth $1000/month no more
