Rent is cheap but so is the building you are getting. Office staff are never available, don't follow their hours and never answer the phone. Only benefit has been the location to uptown.

Weve had water damage for months. We have contacted several people about this issue and asked a maintenance guy to come and look at it. Nobody has done anything about this and it the damage keeps getting worse. Update: 3 months later and still nobody has cared to come take care of the damage. Damage has now become black mold.

I have been reaching out to inquire over a townhome for the past 2-3 days, nobody answers the phone. I will look somewhere else, cant move in somewhere where they dont even attend to potential future residents.

This company is terrible they dont even have a regular voicemail system I called multiple times no one ever answers the phone I will never move into an apartment where they dont respond because most Likely if something goes wrong they wont respond to fix the issue! I would recommend finding a better complex with better management and a team that will communicate with there tenants and future residents.
