MAA Legacy Park

Maintenance was really the best. Roger is honestly top notch. Tequilla is a great manager, and really cares about the residents. I have had a lot of bad things happened out here, and they worked with me the best they can. Its a good place to stay at, just make sure rent is paid. Stay focus, I wasnt focus and messed up everything. I hope I get a chance to stay.

Maintenance here has been amazing. We had a few requests we had to submit after moving in and everything has been taken care of so quickly! Communication with the maintenance team has been easy as well!

Rodger Davis is an excellent maintenance man, he always fixes things in a timely manner, and is always friendly, kudos, I wish more maintenance men were like him

I have been at Legacy Park for 12 years. I am happy to call this my home. TeQuilla Reynolds our property manager provides a safe environment for our community. She organizes and keeps us informed of events. I very often see her personally surveying the property. Both she and her staff are friendly and professional. The maintenance staff are always available for issues that may occur. We are located between 77 & 85 and there is shopping only minutes away. See you soon. Thank you TeQuilla! Regards, Bob
