An honest review: 1. First, I would not recommend any sensible person live here. Its grossly overpriced, the property is unkept and managed poorly, and its unsafe as there are carjackings and shootings that reoccur frequently. (To note: Ive personally have had the tires stolen from my vehicle while parked in the complex) 2. Most of the staff are well-intentioned people (with the exception of a few) but are grossly incompetent at effectively solving resident problems related to the property, and general customer service. I can cite several outstanding issues regarding timely maintenance, parking/towing issues, misc fees, as well as trash and dog feces everywhere not being addressed in a timely, professional and logical manner. 3. The exterior and interior of these apartments are outdated, and grossly overpriced. Granted, this is a market-wide issue of ballooned housing costs, but CU does not even try to make the property look half-kept. So, if you can find better, please do. 4. This complex is decent but absolutely not worth it for the price. There are better places that give you MUCH less hassle, can solve resident issues much more efficiently and are far more updated in appearance. Its way too stressful to live here. 5. Also- the bug/roach issue is terrible. Be prepared to have your apartment exterminated on a weekly basis. Its ridiculous. 6. To date: Ive had my own car towed while parking as a resident in the parking lot, I have had my tires stolen from my car, Ive had roaches, Ive dealt with a level of incompetence from staff that you cant even imagine, weve had a homeless man sleep in the main hallway of the building, shootings, trash everywhere, dog poop everywhere, Im still waiting on appliances that were requested a year ago all with overpriced rent. Please beware and find another place to live.

We came by recently to see an apartment . Did not have a appointment but sandra in the leasing office did take some time to show us the two bedroom model and it was very clean and she was a delight to work with.

ROACH INFESTED DO NOT MOVE HERE Jazzmyn youre a coward and you should be ashamed of yourself. me and my partner moved over 2,000 miles to come live here just to find out the apartment was infested with roaches. Not just the hallways but the homes! We lost everything and when we asked for the insurance company Michelle said she wouldnt give it to us and that we wouldnt get any reimbursement for any of our damaged items. Michelle you will be seeing and hearing from us again and you know you will I wont give up until we are reimbursed for ALL OF OUR ITEMS THAT WAS DAMAGED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF YOU AND YOUR TEAM. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Update: we won and got our money back, dont let them lie to you ask for their insurance.

Jazmyn was very helpful, kind, and informative when my sister and I went to tour this apartment place. I recommend her if anyone is looking into this place.
