    This gentleman that works there. His name is Morgan Im coming from another state and he made sure everything got taken care of with no problem. He is polite. He is also knowledgeable and he gets the job done respectfully in a timely manner. If you need any help, he will be the one to take care of you, he also works for other properties also so thats a plus I just want to tell him thank he has made my moving easy.

    I moved here June 2023, and this has been a living nightmare. The place is infested with roaches I have never in my life seen so many roches, the lights go off they come out to play the unit was not cleaned properly at all when i moved in. When I moved the refrigerator that's where the roaches were nesting. They were inside of the refrigerator in the sink all in the cabinets.The refrigerator was also broke and we had to throw our food out. The front door is uneven and roaches also be crawling outside. When contacting a leasing office about all the concerns in the apartment they said maintenance will be out there to fix different things it has never happened. I had to go inside of the office to even get a response. The dishwasher has been broken for awhile. The kitchen sink has been leaking for more than a week. The toilet was leaking from day one that is the only thing that maintenance has came out to fix. When trying to contact the leasing office no one picks up the phone or responds to emails, the last time someone picked up the phone the staff were rude because we are irritated about the concerns in the apartment, when you move in place you want to be comfortable with your home. Went to portal to pay rent for the month of July and it was 1000 more added to my rent when contacting leasing staff about that could not get anyone before the 5th of June and I was locked out of the portal. No one ever contacted me to tell me my true amount of rent. Run Run Run. Homeless people live better. I have contacted no one responds

    BEWARE!!! This management company will illegal withhold funds from your security deposit for things that are not identified in the lease. Ive reached out to the regional manager & she no longer responds to my emails. From a $400 deposit, I received $75. Outrageous. Ive lived tones of places throughout college and have always been refunded my full security deposit. I followed the move out protocol as stated in my signed lease, but they are withholding funds for things not explicitly stated in my lease. Which is technically illegal but no one will answer any of my questions. 10/10 DO NOT recommend. If you have any advice on what I should do, please let me know. Update (9/1/23): because my apartment was not professionally cleaned before move out, they charged a hefty fee. Was that requirement stated in my lease? No. I followed all move out requirements and I deep cleaned before I left. Also, I was charged a hefty paint fee for normal wear and tear repairs which should not have a charge associated per my lease. Utilities werent the only thing deducted from my security deposit. (See comment from owner below)
