The Village of Rosedale Apartments

This place is a joke take your money and don't care how u live.. This place have MOLD and they don't care. They never can keep anyone in the office but Likes to tell u how to live.. people are unprofessional in the office and don't like to do there jobs when u complain they make it like your the problem.

First off let me say if you live out of state like me (South Carolina to be exact) you know how hard it is to find apartments in a different state. Finding affordable apartments in Charlotte has been a searching STRUGGLE for months. Then I came across "The Village of Rosedale Apartments" I read the reviews which were all pretty positive about the neighborhood, no violence, no random gun shots sounds at all hours of the day (which most apartments at this price experience), great price with some utilities like water/trash included, spacious, and great location. There were a lot of negative reviews about the staff not answering the phone (but lets be real if that's the ONLY negative thing people can say then that was still saying a lot)... But those reviews are VERY outdated, because I call ALL the time with random questions during their shift and Ms. Angelica and Ms. Shaderria always answer the phone and are ALWAYS so pleasant and informative. Tbh I don't even wanna live any where else because I know that if I lived here I would be fully taken care of. I'm not going to lie though you can tell that people really love living here because the turn over rate is NOT high at all.. to the point that the waiting list is almost two years long, so just be prepared to be patient.

I have called for FOUR straight days no answer no call back. Thats beyond unprofessional. At least have the decency to answer thats literally your job! And then Im trying to figure out why Tyler (community manager) is responding to complaints about people not being able to reach them but giving them the same number. Please make it make sense! I just want to know about the apartment complex and availability.

What is it now with leasing offices not wanting to answer the phone. Such a common occurrence now and it's frustrating as hell!! 09/30 second time thus week reaching out still no response.....is there any time of day of any week people can get in contact with you??????!!!!!! 10/1 called yet again with no response or attempt to even reply to inquiry
