Presley Uptown

I've lived at the Presley for a little over a year, here is the breakdown of the experience: Pros: - the location is great: it's uptown and located close to stores and parks - the team: Everybody I've spoken to on the team at Presley has always been super prompt and accommodating when issues arise. Chloe/Forrest were great and super understanding when I had last minute issues with leasing/moving, Steven helped me handle a problem with my new apartment very quickly and took the time to check in to make sure the problem was resolved, and the maintenance team has always been able to fix everything for me within a day or two. - improvements: in the time that I've lived here, I've seen management make a lot of improvements on both security and renovations (in the building and for the apartments) Cons: - trash valet: the trash valet seems to come when they please and not according to Presley's policies.. and they some times don't actually take your trash even when you follow all their rules.. - dog parks: the dog parks are mulch and grass and between a lack of proper drainage and people not picking up after their pets, they will sometimes turn into a gross mud pit.

Came in for a tour and 3 agents were in the office. No one spoke and acknowledged me. One lady even walked by saw me but didnt asked if I needed help.

We have lived here for a year and on Thursday April 20 /2023 our TRX RAM truck was stolen from the parking lot c of P2 for the administration it is as if nothing happened, the only answer they gave was "sorry the cameras only record the cars that enter" in what mind this response digs, everything is under investigation, but that insecurity here, several have been stolen parts of their cars, packages from amazon or other couriers are also stolen, how sad what they offer you vs what you find when living here
