I had an awful experience living here. Maybe it would be okay for the price if you were lucky enough to get a good unit location, but I was not one of the lucky few. 1) No dedicated off street parking. This is on a public parking lot. You will constantly be fighting the public for spots. Forget it on a nice weekend day. 2) If you have a unit on the back of the building, it is loud from the public parking lot traffic and noise. As well as the employees from Midwood Smokehouse having their breaks and constantly getting into their storage, which is in the garages on the back, so hopefully you aren't in one of those unlucky units on top of the rented out garages.. 3) People smoke cigs and green inside and on the porches and it goes through the vents. My unit was constantly smelling like smoke. 4) The dishwasher was broken from day one and was never fixed. I will say the maintenance was quick to respond, just couldn't fix it.. even after trying 3 times. 5) No hot water, ever. Just pretty warm water sometimes, if you're lucky. 6) When I moved out after 4 miserable months, the property manager tried to charge me for multiple ridiculous things that I was not responsible for or even knew were missing. 7) There's an airbnb in the building and there's a code to get in, which seems to be given out freely. So there's always strangers getting into the building. I could go on and on.. avoid if you can! It's not worth the stress.
