I moved in this past weekend and had the pleasure of working with Adrianna. She is amazing and I am so thankful to have worked with her. From the first tour she was extremely knowledgeable and communicative. The amenities are incredible some of the nicest I have seen in Charlotte. The move In process was extremely easy and the hand written note and care package from Adrianna was the best touch. Despite being a busy move in day the whole leasing staff was extremely helpful (Thank you Jonathan) I am so happy with my decision to live here! Thank you again to Adrianna you are truly the best!!!

My fianc and I moved in this past Fall and had the pleasure of working with Adrianna. She is amazing and we are so thankful to have worked with her. The amenities are truly a highlight of this facility. The pool is unmatched, the rooftop is to die for, and there is a bakery connected to the building. The package room does get a bit crowded at times and delivery drivers seem to throw things everywhere. The staff I know comes and organizes it when they can and help label packages to find them easier. Only other note I have is the front entrance area off Jordan Place also gets congested at times. Anytime someone is dropping off, or not going to be parking behind the main gate people seem to not know you can pull left in the garage space on the main level with retail parking to turn around. Overall though we have loved our experience and can't wait for warm weather to get to use the pool!

I've lived here for almost 5 months and from the start, everything has been 5 stars. Adrianna coordinated my tour, and she was exceptionally knowledgeable, polite, informative and great to work with. Service has been great, and service requests are addressed within 24 hours. The complex stays clean, and kept very nice. Amenities are beautiful, especially the gym and the terrace! The Chirp app is such a great feature for access control into the building because I can give access to guests. 10/10 would recommend if you are looking for a nice place in Noda -current resident

Ive lived here for 10 months so finally sharing my thoughts. Starting with the pros: - The building & units are beautiful. I love the variety of layouts & choice between 2 finishes. Many units feature beautiful floor to ceiling windows along with views of the skyline. - Location is ideal. Between 36th St. & Optimist Hall so its a little less busy but still close to plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. Also highly recommend the vet across the street. - Very walkable. Less than 10 minutes to the lightrail, 10 minutes to 36th Street/NoDa proper, 20 minutes to Optimist Hall. - Amenities (other than the dog park) are well thought out & well maintained. Huge pool in the shape of NC, rentable pickleball court, rooftop lounge with an electric fire-pit, great gym. - The staff. They are constantly cleaning both internal and external spaces. Its amazing compared to other complexes. Maintenance is also very friendly and responsive. Cons: - The dog park. Its a good size but the choice of woodchips over turf doesnt make sense to me. The dog park is between the back of the building and trees so if it does rain, it tends to stay soggy and gross out there for a while. Like any other complex, some choose not to pick up after their dog and that hides a lot more than it would on turf. Also, the apartment doesnt have a dog wash included in the amenities. - The parking garage. Being in the city, there is a higher chance for break-ins so thats not a con on the complex, just a FYI. The con on the complex is the lack of safety measures. We were promised mirrors throughout the parking garage months ago & that hasnt happened. Its a very narrow garage and gets very busy so without these mirrors, its only a matter of time that someone gets in an accident just because they cant see if a car is coming around the corner. - Packages. Again, there is a higher chance of theft in any city. Every apartment complex that Ive lived in has a system similar to Package Concierge where your package is delivered to a secure locker and an email is sent to you with a code to access the locker. Initially, I was told all packages would come straight to my door. That changed but I completely understand why with a complex this large. We now have a package room that houses everyones packages without any sort of delivery notification. I believe there is a camera in the room but not a great system if you have a food delivery service or receive unscheduled packages. - No resident events. Ive been here since April 2023 and there hasnt been a single event hosted by the leasing office. I understand this doesnt matter to everyone but events are a great way to build community & this is the only complex Ive lived at that doesnt host any. I was told they would start hosting events once the amenity spaces were finished and all units were ready to lease but that all happened months ago. Just something to consider when choosing where to lease. Ive seen other complexes in the city hosting 3-4 a month (which I would assume is paid for with rent from residents). Again, this is a brand new complex so I understand there are growing pains. Dont let my cons keep you away because its a great place to live but just sharing things I wish I knew ahead of signing a lease here.
