Having moved several times in the last 10 years, especially coming from out-of-state, this was by far the most efficiently and enjoyable moving experiences I have had. Tracey was incredibly professional and responsive and dependable, as well as kind, and all the additional staff, including up until my move-in day, Kylah and Reese, were incredibly courteous and welcoming as well. Everyone I have encountered is friendly and willing to help you with any question you may have. Looking forward to utilizing the beautiful amenities in the building and meeting some more neighbors, and course exploring all Charlotte has to offer!

I went to the grab n go bagel bar event with a friend that lived here and Kylah was amazing with everyone that attended this event. Made sure everyone felt important and welcome. She was very professional and super friendly!! The complex is so nice and clean! I will be calling Kylah when my current lease is up and 500 West Trade will be my new home!
