Let me beging with my fiance and I love our 1bed 1bath apartment! I had the pressure to meet Jhasmine she's the sweetest and nicest person I have ever meet. So far me and my fiance love our unit , everything clean and new . They do a really good job and they make sure you get the help you need . Thank you Jhasmine and Keith

My hats off to Kieth and Jasmine @ Spire Luxury Apts. I stayed here in a 2br Airbnb looking to relocate due to divorce for me and my daughters. When I tell you we walked over discouraged and left encouraged!!! Not only was Keith a breath of fresh air so was Jasmine!! I toured the apartment 2 times and Kieth made sure we hand picked our perfect unit! Jasmine made sure that all my questions was answered and was so patient and kind. Kieth followed through as the leader he is!! They are never irritated and always available to the community keeping us informed, clean and safe! I love it here!

Recently visited this community as an Airbnb, I'm currently in the property management field as well with luxury apartments. This property is beautiful, the prices were amazing while checking the website over my stay. As with my property in Virginia, 1267 SQ FT for a 2bd/2bth for $1900 compared to almost a 1600 SQ FT 2BD/2BTH for $1800 is perfect pricing for the Charlotte area to me. Quite Area, Decent Parking, Construction is AMAZING I literally heard no other resident which is normally not normal now a days. You can literally hear people walking above you. This community was beautiful and now me and my family are looking to move down south ! If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
