There isnâ€™t any type of maintenance. The hallways are always dirty. The main entrances are always Open because they do not close all the way. We have a entry device at the main door with no access codes for our visitors or the post office. There are a lot of lighting around the building that do not work. When I call to let them know a guest almost fell down the stairs they still did nothing about it. All of the properties around us are being repainted and our buildings are looking rusty. I can keep going but they are not going to do anything about it anyway
