Marsh Properties Leasing Office

One of their company trucks used the right turn only lane to cut in front of about 1/4 mile of people backed up at a stop light on Indian trail fairviw rd. Called their corporate office to report it and they brushed it off, didnt ask me where it happened or who was driving it or anything like that. Makes them look pretty terrible when they do that and then dont even care.

This place has been a GEM to work with - the application process was immediate, the ladies that work in the office (especially Patty and Carol!!) are absolutely incredible - attentive/caring/knowledgeable/patient, the list goes on and on, and the property I live in (Providence Altondale) is well maintained and quiet. Abel and the rest of the maintenance crew are also great at what they do. I have lived in many many apartment complexes in Charlotte (more than 5) and this has been by far the best experience!

Thank you Marsh Properties! The last 3 years with your company has been great. I loved my elmhurst apartment even despite the occasional pests and loud neighbors. I always recommend new friends moving to Charlotte to check out your website. I hate that Im moving after all this time, but your company made renting a positive experience!
