The Landings at Steele Creek

i HAVE LIVED HERE THREE YEARS AND IT HAS BEEN THE BEST PART OF RETIREMENT. iTS QUIET, IT HAS GREAT ADDED FEATURES, GYM,LIBRARY AND THERE ARE MANY PLANNED SOCIAL EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES. IM HOPING WE CAN GO BACK TO PRE COVID ENVIRONMENT SOON. THE STAFF IS GREAT ,MAINTENANCE IS REALLY GREAT.

The apartments are spacious and clean. Not too much noise travels between apartments. I have enjoyed the last few months I have lived here. It's affordable. I feel safe living here. My only issue is there are a lot of kids that play in the parking lot. They don't move when cars come .if you move here, just be sure to watch out for the kidd.

I applied for a 2 bed 2 bath near the end of September and this particular unit was a tax credit and the lady (Chilly) gave me a big packet and told me not to fill it out yet until she seen if I qualified or not. I didn’t get a response so I called a few days later and asked if I qualified she told me I did so filled out the packet and turned it in. 1 week went by no response so I called and asked the status I was told the people who does the tax credit hasn’t been there yet, another week passed I called and asked what the status was I was told that last Wednesday they will be there and she will call me, I called that Friday and the lady that was supposed to come was sick so she will be giving me a call back Monday which is today, it’s near the end of the day and I didn’t get a call so I call and was told that I did not qualify for the apartment when the lady specifically told me to wait to fill out that packet to see if I qualified which she said I did . Super unprofessional to me because for one they didn’t communicate with me well I had to keep calling them and also bc she told me I qualified and I did not. It was also frustrating as well not only was I ready and excited but my son was as well. Bad experience
