Eventus previously DMHC does not deserve even 1/2 a star. When moving your loved one into an assisted living facility you are encouraged to use the provider who is contracted with the facility because ordering meds, diagnostic tests will be more streamline. This is false. If you want your loved one to be thrown into the pile of over 200 patients that the PA or NP has to see forget about making things more streamline for the patient. When my mother-in -law was at two different AL both whom contracted with Eventus I had to demand something be done for my mother-in-law. Eventus hires inexperienced NP's and PA's gives them a huge case load of incredibly medically complex elderly folks and it proves to be disaster. The turnover in providers proves that their formula to save on paying quality providers does not work. In the year and a half we had three different providers ( none of whom are currently with Eventus) . One provider was less impressive then the next. Sad to say my mother-in-law who was progressively becoming worse passed away last week. All I have to say is Eventus needs a serious wake up call.

**New Update** In August 2023 Eventus notified all residents in my mother's facility that they would no longer be visiting at this facility. The last visit was a in mid-August to discharge and came with a copay no less. They did not return after this date. In November I received a bill for a visit in October. I contacted billing and the customer service rep was extremely argumentative and told me that the provider said they were there, therefor they were. I called several times to the provider number, but we all know they do not answer or return phone calls. I then called the insurance company which has tried to reach them to no avail, until today when the CS rep in billing said the provider was there in October. I have since gone onto the portal and found that Eventus posted multiple visits in September, October, and November. The comments posted from the visits actually contain medical specifics from prior visits which are no longer applicable.( Basically cut and pasted) I just received a delinquent notice from them asking me to call to arrange payment. This company is horrible with communication, and depending on which nurse is assigned can be horrible with care as well. Stay away from them at all costs and if forced to use them be on top of each and every bill and visit and demand accountability. The worst part about this is that it is fraudulent and no one will even bother to return calls or address the issue honestly. **Update** - This immediate problem has been resolved; however the lack of communication is a continuing problem. In addition, when the problem was corrected they only addressed via email with no explanation. Just be ready if you must use Eventus, stay on top of everything. The providers that have been associated with my mother's health care are fine, but Eventus itself is horrific to deal with. One upper management person told me she would not speak to me; only to the facility's director. Most recently, I was informed that my mother was discharged from care on Jan. 16 and I am just discovering this because the current provider will not sign necessary paperwork today. When I called the main number I was told that it was likely and error but someone would get back to me. Similar things have happened before, and no one gets back to you, you have to keep calling and calling. This is the second time I have asked to speak to some upper level manager. The people that answer the phones are very nice but cannot make anyone else do their jobs. I do not know for a fact, but I suspect that there may be no main office, and everyone is scattered about working from home. The phone service is not good either and calls are frequently dropped. Since Eventus bought out Doctors Making House Calls, the communication and level of service has declined drastically. What they fail to understand is that they are responsible for patients' health and it is imperative to have good communication between the family, patient and provider. Also, the providers have a huge caseload and are extremely overworked. If you have another option do not use Eventus!!!

I care for both of my parents and we have weathered the storm of the transition from DMHC to Eventus. The changes made end of 2022 were very sloppy. Many doctors left and new doctors/PAs had no access to patient history, in fact, I had to make multiple requests to get my parents seen on a regular basis, again. And all my parents medical records on file were archived and I had to go through major hoops to collect them, and they are no longer easily accessed like when they used the Healow app. In fact, although I feel my parents are getting adequate care now, the portal is miserable. Not meant for patients or caregivers. Wonder if anyone on the board would choose it for their physicians portal?

Horrible service overall. My father has been seen in memory care by a PA in this group. She provided me her contact information to keep informed yet never EVER returns inquiries on his care. Whether he is hospitalized, sick with something else or she orders STAT labs, I cannot get a response from her what is going on. Further I am unable to access his records as his medical power of attorney and there is absolutely ZERO technical support to assist with access. I am completely in the dark and the memory center he is in DOES NOT KEEP MEDICAL RECORDS. ARE YOU FLIPPING KIDDING ME?? What a cluster both ends are. I work in the medical field and never in my 38 years working in this field have I encountered a more useless group of unprofessional, non-communicative people that hold the life of my loved one in their hands. Now, we are moving him to a new center and we requested a TB test to be done at least 3 days prior to his departure. This was ignored by the PA completely and I have now been told that I can take him to CVS or Walgreens to do this, yet when we transferred him to this facility from the coast, the medical team at the previous facility happily provided the TB testing well in advance of his transfer. What unprofessional so called medics. Avoid at all costs!
