Wonderful experience, ladies at reception desk gave me friendly warm reception, & everyone was great , Dr Shaw is very good take time and care to explain and answer any questions or concerns you may have .

We had exceptional experiences with Dr. Yu & staff for our toddlers ear needs and subsequent surgery. Communication was clear and timely, wait times reasonable and documentation and charges handled capably.

Had completed a sleep study in May, the results were sent to them in June, I have called dozens of times, I was only was able to talk to a person 2 of those times. I was told the dr would review and they would call me to schedule an appointment. This was in August and we are now in November. It has been just shy of 7 months, how is this okay? Ive never left a negative review for a medical provider before however this is getting ridiculous.

My only advice is beware when the first thing they hand you when you walk in the door is a sheet about charges that they insist you sign. I've gone to Duke optometrists annually since 2006, and was never charged more than a $15 copay for testing and prescriptions for glasses and contacts. Then Duke moved my eye doctor from the Erwin Road Eye Center much farther from home and I was rescheduled by Duke to go to this location as it was closer to me. Bottom line, for nothing more then I received previously for years from Duke, they charged me $200, and no one would explain why, just saying Medicare didn't cover the procedure. Needless to say I'm not going to any of these locations.
