        My upstairs neighbor has maggots growing on their deck and are falling thru onto us. the office has made no efforts to clean up or remove the offender but can certainly dismiss the issue despite my 4yo child and the general health and safety of their tenants

        This is a great place to stay. The rent is one of the lowest in the area, the apartments are nice and clean. The management team is nice and friendly. They are always ready to help and quickly fix all the issues.

        The apartments are good but management is terrible, they treat the residents as they are doing us a favor. No respect from management at all. If you can, rent at any other place.
