Retreat at Arden Farms Apartments

I came in to tour about a month or so ago and had the opportunity to take a tour with Carlee. Looking at apartments can be overwhelming especially when you feel like people are just trying to sell you something to meet a quota. I appreciate Carlees intentionality to make sure I was looking at the apartments that would best suit me! She was incredibly professional, friendly, detailed oriented and welcomed me into a community even though I was still considering my options to pursue or not pursue. We were impressed immediately. The staff is extremely friendly and professional! Carlee walked us around the property and you can tell that a top notch design firm did the interior and exterior design. The club house and gym are incredible. We can see why their community is growing!

The amenities at this location were great. Karlee baker was My tour guide from the front office it was very knowledgeable of the facility. She answered questions and was very thorough making the experience easier than a Anticipated. She did a wonderful job! I am super excited about moving into this beautiful facility. If youre looking for a place to check out the retreat in Arden North Carolina and ask for Karlee!

I was able to tour with Carlee and fell in love with the Retreat! I love the amenities!! (Specifically the fitness center). They have so much equipment to use. Carlee was very professional and kind but also deeply personal and funny and completely relatable. Finding an apartment can be really stressful but she immediately put us at ease. I would definitely recommend the Retreat at Arden Farms! I'm unsure of when I can relocate but when I do, the Retreat will be my choice!

I completely fell in love with the 1 bedroom apartment set-up I was shown by Carlee during my tour! The apartment was roomy and the balcony and view were lovely! Carlee shared a lot of information about the area and really the location is perfect and close to so many restaurants, shopping and recreation places. This apartment is everything I am looking for. Carlee was kind and went above and beyond to answer all of my questions while making me feel like I was already home! If she is an example of everyone on staff then The Retreat At Arden Farms will definitely be for me.
