I had a wonderful move in experience at Audubon Place. The property is gorgeous and feels very safe/secure. I like the high ceilings in the apartments as well.

The staff member who helped us through the whole process of getting all our information and pushing it through so me and my partner could get out of a difficult situation was extremely helpful, so far I have felt nothing but kindness and acceptance from this community and have enjoyed living In such a peaceful, joyous, and loving community.

We recently were transferred to Arden, North Carolina and searched for apartment complexes to look at to build our home. Our first appointment was at Audubon Place with Audry leasing agent for the complex. We met her in the leasing office and within minutes later we toured a three bedroom apartment. Audry was very professional and friendly, and we enjoyed our conversation with her. The apartment complex was maintained in good order, and the apartment was beautiful. We made a decision at that moment, not to proceed touring other complexes. The application process was flawless, and today we picked up our keys. During the process, we had many conversations with Audry as well as assistant general manager Ashleigh who was also very professional and knowledgeable about the complex and the procedures we had to follow. We are happy with our apartment and the property management, especially Audry and Ashleigh! We know we will be happy being a part of the family at Audubon Place Apartments Timothy, Gerald and Charlotte Massey

Renter beware, mold is a prevalent issue and the management team of this complex are completely devoid of any human empathy or desire to help in posting community updates when a theft occurs. I had a motorcycle stolen in this complex and when I asked the management team to send out a community wide email they denied my request despite the reasonable nature. Then they send out a missing cat alert less than two days later after my correspondence which I followed up with to get an explanation as why one request was posted but mine was not. Their reasoning was they did not want to cause an alert in the complex when every resident should be on high alert because of the nature and audacity of the crime. Look anywhere else but here.

I am a long time resident of Audubon Place. (11+ years). I moved in after selling my home and figured I would stay a year. I've stayed and have enjoyed the experience. I've seen many changes in management, office staff, and maintenance. Has everything always been perfect, probably not, but they always worked to make things right as quickly as possible. Right now, I can honestly say that the management team, the office staff, and the maintenance personnel are the best I've seen. They go out of their way to make living here feel like home. I always enjoy stopping by the office with my dog to say hello, if they aren't busy. The residents are very friendly and it's easy to make friends or at least converse with many different people as you traverse around the walkways and paths. Their is a nice mixture of children, young people, transitioning families, The complex is very pet friendly and really go out of their way to accommodate pets. My dog (Toby) and I walked the complex several times a day. It's one of the things I like about living here. It's safe and pleasant. There are so many things to like here: the dog park; the children's playground; workout room, clubhouse; the beautiful pool; and the waterfall that greats you as you enter the complex. Over the years I have recommended Audubon Place to many people. You should check it out too.
