    I absolutely love the front desk manager, Jade. She is always so cheerful, so helpful, and incredibly professional. Living here has been amazing since she joined the company. If you ever need any help looking for a rental I highly recommend Jade. She will give you the best apartment searching experience!

    When I arrived in 2020, the management was very friendly and organized. As time went by, they started changing staff consistently. The garage is full of moles, and maintenance is worse. They do not wear booties when it rains. Your whole floor gets wet and dirty. My toilet seat covers always come loose after I tighten them up after three days. So I called maintenance, and Michael specifically told me they do not change the seat covers or tighten them up. It's up to me to keep tightening them. They are not entitled to take off their shoes, but who gets to clean the mess? For the past three days, I have requested a weather rubber strip to be replaced because the cold air keeps coming in, but they never sent anyone out; I had to walk to the office, and still, no one showed up. Maintenance VM never calls you back, and getting someone on the phone is hard. Paying rent can be hard, and we get penalized when we don't, but they do not do their part. Used to feel like home, but now it feels like maintenance takes over your home. Doesn't feel like it anymore.

    I lived in a new 1br apartment here for 1 year and then my wife and I transferred to a newer unit on site and lived there for 2 years (transferring even costed us around $2.5k but we did it anyways). The first year was great. Management was pleasant and helpful. Then the management and staff began to leave and staff turnover became more frequent. We lived very clean and took care of our apartment for the entirety of our stay. When we did our move-out walkthrough we were told that the place looked "astounding" and we would only have to lose money from our blinds being replaced (cat chewed through 2 blinds) and we had accounted for that anyways. I had a spot on the wall that I patched where the tv was mounted and I offered to touch up the paint if they provided the paint but I was told that paint touch-ups are always performed and we won't have to pay for it. I was told that I would receive the entirety of my deposit other than the blinds being replaced. Then 6 weeks later I still did not have my money so I called to check and was told that the check should arrive within 2 weeks. Waited again and still no check. Then I called AGAIN and was told that it is processing and would be here soon.... I checked my account and a new $200 admin charge was there along with a $75 paint touch up fee. 8 WEEKS AFTER MOVE OUT. I was shown where in my lease the admin fee is standard so I accept that however I was told numerous times that I would receive my full return minus the blinds. Typical apartment complex pinching pennies and screwing over good tenants. Don't live here.
