I had United carpet install a vinyl plank flooring and carpet a few years ago. They put in one section of vinyl and then later I put in another which was mismatched and I had to fight them tooth and nail to make it right. Now I'm having issues with my carpet which is tufting up in spots and now I have to have another company come and try to tighten everything properly. The installers were nice guys but I'm assuming they just needknee kicked everything and didn't use the proper tool to make it tight enough. I spent quite a bit of money and I'm definitely not happy with what I got. Also in the vinyl there are bumps where they went over debris and the only way to fix it is to replace certain sections

Recently had floors in 2 bathrooms, an entranceway and a utility closet replaced by United Carpet and Flooring. The whole process was great, from start to finish. We worked with Art McLoud to select an Armstrong product and Dereck and Kevin did the actual installation. I cant say enough about how good they were. The guys were courteous, very professional and meticulous in the installation. They cleaned up as they went along and there was very little to do after they were done, other than to admire the end result. We are very happy with the work that was done and will have United back to replace some carpet at a future date. Weve used them in a former residence, in our sons condo for LVP and now in our current residence. Needless to say, but we highly recommend United Carpet and Flooring.

4x5 feet of carpet is 300$ haha. They don't even have exciting patterns. Salesmen said hi but seemed to know I cannot afford these and they are not worth my time.
