        They stand behind their product. I had an issue with a new build that settled after two years. It made a section of the vinyl plank separate but they stand behind their work even if it's two years later. They came and fixed it no problem. They educated us as to why the problem happened and fixed it. We will definitely do business with them again.

        Delivered here. Unloading on street but people here are nice and quick. One truck can fit overnight on street just on front of the company.

        Aaron is friendly WHEN you could reach him. Hard to connect with. Not so good experience while building. Shower floor didnt come in, found out AS THEY WERE AT THE HOUSE INSTALLING IT had to rush and pick another THE DAY they were putting it in. With the million other things going on during building the floor didnt match because I had to make a hasty decision without seeing the other tiles to match it and now I have to live with a shower I hate every day. On top of that they did not protect my bedroom flooring while using it to cut tile for the bathroom therefore left scratches on the bedroom floor. Forget service after sale. Rarely returns calls.

      Hello Donna. This is the first I am hearing about this. I do not a single email from you in regards to what you mentioned above. Just to clarify a few things, we do not install tile for any builders. So it would not have been us or our crew that cut the tile and scratched your bedroom floor. We also could have ordered any tile you wanted so I am not sure who told you to run out and select something immediately. Also, with everything going on because of Covid things are constantly changing. Items are not coming in on time, are delayed or are being discontinued and unfortunately we have no control over that. Our reviews are excellent and we stand behind our work 100% so if it had been us that scratched your floor we definitely would have taken care of it.
