Horrible customer service. They do not know there species of woods. Have to do a patch in some old hardwood flooring so I brought them in a piece to match it. Was told it was maple. So I went with that. Figure you know they deal with this on a daily basis they should know. Part of this on me I should have ran a piece through the plainer to take the finish of so we could tell better but again I took it to what I thought were pros. t. They dont mention to me that they dont make a 2 wide floor anymore which is fine I can work with 2-1/4 it was more or less that they failed to me ruin that so I can plan for it. So I try to return or exchange it. Oh but they cant do that because the factory straps have been cut.

I can't recommend Harman enough. They have a great selection and price fairly. For the installation they were on time, clean, professional, and finished early. The results were superb. I'd give them six stars if I could. They were great the first time we hired them and got even better the second time. Thank you for doing such a great job!
