        I had the plemblemtologist in room 1 with the wavy hair. Everything was quick and I was in and out within 5min. I appreciate you! No frills, they get you in and out without extra coddling. You don't want to be there, and they want to let you go asap. The problem happens when the doctor ordering labs messes up or the patient doesn't speak English or can't work with tech. Due to check in and appointments.

        The woman I dealt with INSISTED that I had to pay an "outstanding" balance before I could submit my urine sample. I had not even received an "Explanation of Benefits" statement from my Insurance company for this so called outstanding balance.
