Stunning Furniture

I ordered some furniture last year and they sent me the wrong color couch. Also the couch was missing a a cushion. Been giving the run around about the missing piece and wrong color since last June . Still have not received. Be very cautious when ordering from this company

potential buyers beware cause Jay and Ameer are a bunch of lying thieves, they took my money and never delivered my furniture to this day and i made the purchase on 02/2022....they think that they are going to get away with it and they are sadly mistaken about stealing my money and not providing me with my furniture that i payed for!

I ordered a black king sized step up bed and was sent the blue one. It had bugs flying all over it when I unboxed it. It also was ripped at the head board and on the steps. I called stunning furniture and they apologized and said that they would send the correct color out and have the old one removed. Its been 2 months with nothing. They dont answer the phone, text messages, emails, ig messages nothing. Horrible customer service.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. These people are liars and scammers. If you are out of state DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. It took me 6 weeks to get the item, which isnt the problem. I received half the pieces to the wrong couch. Plus theres a huge whole piece missing. I called the store the same day I received the item and notified them of the situation. Upon inspection he agreed with me and asked would I like for him to send the correct piece out or the missing piece. I choose the missing piece. He told me I should receive it within a week or 2. All this happened in August and here we are wayyyy in November and im still without the piece. Everytime I would call he would say it shipped out already, its at the dock, you should be getting it next week. I never received an email confirmation or anything. Now as of recently I cant get anyone to answer the phone and they dont even answer emails. These people sent me the wrong couch and lied through out the whole ordeal about them correcting it.
