Mattress Firm Morningside Heights

I went to Mattress Firm on W. 108th St and Broadway and was delighted with the service there! Troy was a great salesman and offered me a great deal for a double mattress! Sometimes you just cant beat the charm of in store retail and this was one of those times. I truly recommend this store to anyone who is looking for mattresses and especially for those who need a cost-friendly mattress delivered relatively quickly. And all of this was during the COVID-19 pandemic!

I have to give a huge shout out to Kwesi Snagg, the Assistant Maanger at the MSH Mattress Firm Store. He went WAY above and beyond to make things right after a TERRIBLE experience at the UWS store (they failed to deliver the mattress on agreed upon date and showed up with just a pillow...). After, the UWS store said there was no way to get us a mattress for another week, he personally walked a new mattress five blocks through the rain to my daughter's apartment within two hours. That is what I call superlative customer service. If you need a mattress, go to Kwesi. He's the best.
